Ryan Cummings – Associate Broker
Ryan is a native of Mobile that is proud to have graduated from McGill-Toolen Catholic High School and Spring Hill College, where he earned a Business Degree in Accounting. While attending Spring Hill College Ryan was a 4 year starter on the baseball team and served as a team captain for 3 consecutive years. Although Ryan’s college baseball career has passed, he still loves baseball and enjoys keeping up with current sports as well as getting out and playing as much as possible. Ryan left everything he had on the field when he played baseball and he is excited to do the same for you with real estate.
Ryan has grown up in a family whose Real Estate heritage started with his grandfather and continues to this day with his parents. His father is Owner/Broker of The Cummings Company and his uncle is currently serving as an Alabama Real Estate Commissioner. Ryan enjoys working with his Dad on a daily basis, drawing from his expertise and guidance, furthering the Cummings’ Real Estate legacy. Ryan has one brother, Codey, who is also a graduate of McGill-Toolen Catholic High School as well as a graduate of the Virginia College Culinary Institute.

What Ryan Thinks about Choosing Real Estate as his Career path:
I am a Third Generation REALTOR®. I grew up watching and admiring the people I love work in the Real Estate profession. I have seen how rewarding it can be on so many different levels: financially, intellectually, and spiritually. We do it for the people. The people we meet, help, and bond with over the life changing decision of buying and selling their home. My family and I find it most rewarding that strangers (in the beginning) put their trust in us to do whatever it takes to get them from the beginning of the process to the end. During this process we build trust and a relationship.
